Miss Allison joined the My Kids Childcare Inc. family as our Program Administrator in July 2024. She has worked in the childcare field for over 15 years and has a true passion for helping children learn and grow. Most of her experience has been as a preschool and pre-kindergarten teacher, where she loved creating fun, engaging classrooms that spark curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Over the past few years, Miss Allison has enjoyed taking on more of the administrative side of childcare, supporting teachers, families, and programs to ensure every child has the best experience possible. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2010 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2014.

Miss Allison believes that early childhood education lays the foundation for lifelong learning and success, and she feels grateful to play a part in each child’s journey.

Mrs. Iana joined My Kids Childcare in April 2018, beginning her journey as an assistant teacher in the toddler room. Over the years, through dedication, passion, and continuous professional development—including numerous annual training in the early childhood education field—she advanced to become a lead teacher in the toddler program and later, a lead teacher in the preschool classroom. Her current role is that of the Enrollment Specialist.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Public Communication from a University in Italy. Although her academic background began in a different field, her personal journey as a mother of twins inspired her to pursue a career in childcare. Watching the care, love, and sense of safety that children received at My Kids deeply touched her and sparked a lifelong passion for early childhood education.

Working at My Kids Childcare feels like being part of a family. Anita, the owner, and her husband—who are also close family friends—lead with genuine love and dedication, creating an environment that is truly one in a million.

Mrs. Christina has been a valued member of My Kids Childcare since September 2019. She began her journey as an assistant infant teacher and quickly discovered her passion for working with children and families.

Since then, she has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and has taken on a leadership role in guiding our teaching team in curriculum development and best practices. Mrs. Christina has attended numerous professional conferences and consistently brings back new ideas and insights to share with our educators, enriching the quality of care and education we provide.
